Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates and assist in budgeting during various stages of the project.
Administer pre- and post-contract documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender evaluations, etc.
Evaluate and verify variations, claims, and extension of time (EOT) requests in coordination with the site team.
Monitor project costs, identify potential overruns, and recommend corrective measures.
Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost planning, and value engineering.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and/or QS-related software tools.
Strong analytical, Numerical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong knowledge of project fundamentals, project items and quantity distributions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
Proven track record in mixed-use, residential, or high-rise developments.
5-7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with consultant-side exposure in the UAE.
