Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor - Interiors, located in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning and reporting, and overseeing cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated, and will provide suggestions for cost optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience in BOQ preparation and Cost Planning
• Skills in Cost Reporting to support financial decision-making
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in interior design or construction projects is a plus
• Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
