Quantity Surveyor - Interiors

Role Overview: As a candidate for this role, you should possess a B.E / DCE qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience. Your strong numeric skills and accuracy will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of BOQ based on the preliminary drawings received from the design department. - Preparation of BOM based on the finalized BOQ and good for construction drawings. - Selection of all materials in coordination with the design department based on the final drawings. - Make site visits as per the progress of work at the site and coordinate with the finance department to raise bills as per stages. - Preparation and checking of pre-final and final bills. - Coordination with all inter-departments, consultants, and architects. - Fulfill any other duties required by the Functional Head that are reasonably within the scope of this role.
