Qualifications

• Experience in

  Rate Analysis, Billing, Measurement,

  and

  BOQ preparation

• Proficiency in

  Client Bill

  and

  Vendor Bill

  .
• Ability to conduct effective Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in interior fit-out projects is a plus
