Quantity Surveyor - Estimation (Civil)

As an Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates and MTO for various multi-storeyed building projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Reviewing estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined scope of work. - Interacting with clients to discuss project scope, estimate basis, and consult on company estimating methods and procedures. - Conducting material reconciliation and assisting project management and contract departments with bid analysis and contract negotiations. - Coordinating with teammates on company estimating methods and preparation directions. - Studying and interpreting GFC drawings and technical specifications, and utilizing inputs from consultants. - Performing rate analysis of every item, preparation of BOQS, making block estimates, and preparing initial budgeting and detailed estimates. - Coordinating with GM, site team, and consultants for detailing and GFC drawings, and for material reconciliation. - Reviewing DSR PWD/CPWD/Gov. Bodies and developing estimation write authority Std. - Providing technical sanction/DTP activity support for PWD/CPWD/Corporation/NHM, etc. Qualifications required for this position include: - B.E. (Civil) or B.E. (Construction) from a recognized Institute/University. - Minimum 5 to 8+ years of experience in the same field. This job is full-time and requires you to work in person.,
