Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kochi

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs and contracts for construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost issues

- Analyze and manage project risks, identifying opportunities for cost savings

- Prepare and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers

- Manage and administer project documentation, including tender documents, contracts, and change orders

- Collaborate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

- Professional certification (e.g. MRICS, PQS)

- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in quantity surveying,

- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and project management

- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
