Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Safety Manager located in Bengaluru. The Quality Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and providing training to ensure compliance with safety standards. The manager will also be responsible for coordinating and executing quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of product and service quality.

Experience Required: 10+ years in the Construction Industry

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance
• Experience in conducting Auditing and providing Training
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
• Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
• Certifications related to quality management and safety are beneficial
