We are looking for a full-time experienced professional with the following qualifications: Key Skills & ExperienceProficient in AutoCAD with hands-on working experience. Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word, particularly for BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation. Ability to prepare BOQs based on CPWD rates and current market standards. Good knowledge of specifications, materials, and items to be used in civil works. Expertise in rate analysis, quantity estimation, and cost assessment. Ability to interpret drawings, prepare quantity take-offs, and ensure accuracy in calculations. Knowledge of CPWD manuals, schedule of rates, and relevant codes. Additional AttributesAttention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong communication and documentation abilities.
