Were Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (4–6 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review
BBS (Bar Bending Schedules)
,
Quantity Take-offs
, and
Quantification
.
Manage
Subcontractor Billing
,
Client Billing
, and
Quantity Reconciliation
.
Prepare and monitor
DLR (Daily Labour Report)
,
DPR (Daily Progress Report)
,
WPR (Weekly Progress Report)
, and
Monthly Reports
.
Work on
BOQ preparation
,
Budgeting
,
Tracking
, and
Costing
.
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and planning teams.
Support
variation analysis
,
rate justifications
, and
cost forecasting
.
Maintain documentation and support audits when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in
BBS, Quantity Take-offs, Quantification, and Reconciliation
.
Strong expertise in
Subcontractor Billing, Cost Tracking, and Budget Control
.
Experience in preparing
DLR/DPR/WPR/Monthly Reports
.
Good command of
MS Excel, AutoCAD
, and related tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in
Civil Engineering

4–6 years
of experience in
