Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Kochi. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Daily tasks include estimating project costs, monitoring expenditures, and conducting regular financial assessments to ensure project budgets are adhered to. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skilled in Cost Reporting and financial assessments
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
