Job Description

Job & Responsibilities

Experience in
high-rise residential construction
(towers, multi-storey buildings).
Responsible for
quantity take-off
, BOQ preparation, and verification from drawings.
Prepare and check
RA bills
(client & subcontractor) with proper measurement sheets.
Conduct
rate analysis
, cost estimation, and support budget preparation.
Handle
material reconciliation
(cement, steel , FOC items, etc.) on monthly basis.
Coordinate with site teams for measurements, documentation & billing follow-ups.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office
; strong drawing-reading skills.
Good communication, accuracy in measurement, and billing documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates who are available to join immediately will be preferred.

Should have done the estimation & BOQ preparation for last 3 consecutive years.
Profound with computer skills
Having experience as a billing engineer and QS.
Having experience in Multistory/High-rise Building
