Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise in frontend and backend development to lead and deliver high-quality web applications.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will guide a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of architectural and coding Responsibilities :
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for the development team.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
  • Architect robust backend systems (Node.js, Express, etc.) and dynamic frontends (React, Angular, etc.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Ensure security, code quality, and best practices are followed.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to tech stack and workflow.
  • Document architecture, code, APIs, and development Skills :
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies : React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong experience in backend development : Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with databases : MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take Qualifications :
  • B.Tech/M.Tech.
  • Prior experience in a tech lead or senior developer role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
