As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate within the Cards Marketing Growth & Innovation function, you will be supporting the Pricing strategy team In India. You will work closely with functional partners across the firm, including other Business Managers, Product, Fice, Business Control, Legal, Risk and Compliance. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, and reports to Card Pricing Lead in India. You will be focused on defining, refining and delivering set goals for pricing business and responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firms business objective.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the analytical book of work for pricing strategy rollouts, enhancing credit card pricing for Consumer & Community Banking customers.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and use advanced experimental design techniques - Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to measure impact of effectiveness of pricing strategies and post-performance measurement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and drive key analytics to help Leadership Team to understand the efficacy of pricing strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Fice and Marketing, to drive impactful results.
• Design and implement highly scalable and reliable data analytics processes and perform analysis and insights to drive and optimize business result
• Synthesize data and communicate to leadership in a concise and effective manner, both verbally and written.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Qualified graduate / Post-Graduation degree in a quantitative discipline; Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Fice, Economics or Machine learning related field
• 8+ years of related experience in Analytics ; Strong Statistical Knowledge with practical experience in conducting controlled experiments - A/B Tests, Causal Inference, Synthetic Control, Diff in Diff tests etc.
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, clustering analysis, inferential statistics, data mining, experimental design techniques.
• Should have a very good understanding of analytics frameworks and should be able to work directly with data owners/custodians and contribute in building analytics data hub.
• A deep understanding of Pricing Business & data analytical techniques, and well versed with analytical research, experimentation and empirical work.
• Hands on Analytics expert experienced in delivering Analytics projects/products in the ficial services domain , involving large and complex data sets in an individual contributor capacity
• Banking experience in one or more US consumer credit portfolios (i. e. , U. S. Mortgage, Home Equity, Credit Card, Automotive, Lease, Business Banking)
• Knowledge of the Fice process especially Pricing, and macroeconomics.
• Leadership drive, ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently with relevant stakeholders to influence and gain buy-in across various job functions.
• Strong grasp on marketing, Pricing strategy fundamentals of consumer banking business.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Solid programming skills in SAS/Python or R language is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in working in Agile working environment with strong communication
• Credit Card Domain and Pricing Business knowledge preferred
• Strong Experience in analytical tools like SAS, Python, Tableau.
• Ability to work in Shift Timing 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
