Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Quality & Training Specialist (Customer Service) who will play a key role in improving our customer experience. You’ll be responsible for training the support team, ensuring communication quality, and building processes that make every interaction meaningful and consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for customer support teams (voice & chat).
• Create training modules, FAQs, and process documentation.
• Audit support interactions for quality and compliance.
• Provide regular feedback and performance reports to team leads.
• Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Maintain high standards of communication and service delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or training roles (preferably in e-commerce or BPO).
• Strong knowledge of customer support metrics and QA processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and support dashboards (Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
