Quality Test Analyst III

As a Quality Assurance Test Analyst, you will be responsible for leading or participating in testing systems to enhance quality and process standards. Your role will involve planning and executing effective test approaches to ensure the on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute testing for diverse projects to deliver high-quality software products and services on time and within budget. - Identify opportunities to apply automation or other tools to improve testing effectiveness and efficiency. - Suggest process improvements to enable efficient delivery and maintenance. - Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts to plan and execute functional and system tests. - Construct, execute, and document test plans and test cases/scripts, including regression, integration, certification, and load testing. - Report issues and results, researching and identifying root causes. - Ensure testing aligns with stakeholder requirements. - Identify areas for collaboration with other teams to enhance overall quality. - Maintain industry awareness by evaluating emerging trends and technology. - Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. - Cooperate in enhancing test planning and execution methodologies, defect tracking, and reporting. - Maintain record retention framework for IT audits. - Participate in initiatives to implement tools that enhance testing capabilities. - Assist with process improvement and compliance to deliver high-quality software products. - Enhance quality functional testing by implementing initiatives to improve capability and efficiency. - Address results of root cause analysis effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of QA Test Analyst experience. - BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience. - Moderate knowledge of QA methodologies. - Attention to detail and ability to conduct QA testing on moderate-scale projects. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic project management skills and time management skills. - Understanding of software development processes and industry trends. - Ability to construct and execute test plans/test cases. - Knowledge of automation and other tools to increase testing efficiency. - Proven research skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining a framework for record retention for internal and external IT audits, as well as participating in initiatives to identify and implement tools that enhance testing capabilities and product quality. Additionally, you will work across teams to enhance quality functional testing and ensure that results of root cause analysis are addressed effectively.,
