Role Description

experience in Service Industry ONLY

The consultant will discuss the processes and the work flows with the leadership to capture the essence of the service quality levels that will be followed at each center and the system driven organisation as a whole. The consultant will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability from time to time as and when needed. The assignments will be structured accordingly.

Experience in:

• Quality Management and Quality System skills
• Service industry Practice and Quality Assurance skills
• Certified auditor in Service industry.
• Strong process problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in a related field
