Department- PAS-K (Engine Transmission Assembly Shop) Job Location- Kharkhoda plant Job Title- Quality supervisor Job Role- In house quality control and process strengthening through continuous improvement and system robust. Reporting To-Quality Incharge Level in the organization- Jr. Engineer / Engineer Educational Qualification- Diploma in Mechanical Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities. 3 Year -5 Years Job Responsibilities 1. Understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services 2. Root cause analysis of inhouse field failures and recommending solutions for quality issues e.g. PDCA, 5 why analysis, Kaizen 3. Reporting on the quality of products throughout all phases of production 4. New model development and ECN handling 5. Quality risk acessment i.e. PFMEA Change part management 6. Preparation of internal quality standards DQM, MOS, WIS 7. Conducting inhouse process audits and taking actions for making process robust 8. Coordination with supporting departments for making quality product 9. Calibration of measuring equipments as per the required frequency 10. Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods 11. Process Product audit. Competencies / Skills Functional/Technical: 1. Sound knowledge of engine assembly process and engine testing processes. 2. Systematic approach for problem solving using adequate tools and techniques QC tools, 5 why analysis, FMEA. 3. Strong analytical assessment with looking in different aspects and functionalities 4. Preparation of quality reports charts. 5. Hands on experience of engine assembly and testing equipments 6. Statistical analysis for different set of data available and optimizing control parameters 7. Knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing 8. Calibrations of Nut runners, Limit wrench measuring equipments. Behavioral: 1. Target oriented, Good Analytical Skills, Excellent interpersonal, communication presentation skills, Team player with Networking skills, self discipline etc. 2, Have an inclination to go into details of each task at hand, have exposure to 7 QC tool, 5 why, SPC, 3G, 3K analysis.
