Quality supervisor

You will be responsible for monitoring employee performance and attendance and implementing disciplinary actions, if necessary. Providing support and guidance to team members to ensure they perform their duties effectively. Your role will involve supervising and leading the quality control team, as well as developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies. It will be your responsibility to inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards. Strong leadership and team management skills will be essential in this position. Additionally, you will be expected to investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions, as well as interface with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provided and provident fund. The schedule for this role is day shift and morning shift, with a yearly bonus offered. The ability to commute or relocate to Howrah, West Bengal is required. Secondary education (10th Pass) is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in quality control.
