Quality supervisor

As a Quality Control Supervisor, your role will involve monitoring employee performance and attendance, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary. You will provide support and guidance to team members to ensure they effectively perform their duties. Your responsibilities will also include supervising and leading the quality control team, developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies, as well as inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet quality standards. Your strong leadership and team management skills will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions, and interface with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Secondary (10th Pass) preferred - Experience: 1 year in quality control preferred The company provides food, provident fund, yearly bonus, and offers day shift and morning shift schedules.
