Job Description

Conduct audits of new warehouse depots for infrastructure, hygiene, and cold chain compliance.
Train depot staff and distributors on cold chain quality standards
Develop and deliver training programs for Warehouse and distributors.
Lead integration of Real-Time Monitoring Systems (RTMS) in cold chain operations.
Maintain audit logs and reports using Excel and presentation tools.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation .
Experience in quality assurance, factory operations, or cold chain logistics.
Strong stakeholder engagement and training delivery skills.
Degree from NITs or reputable institutions preferred. ( min. Btech )
Willingness to travel extensively.
