Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance processes in line with aerospace standards (AS9100, IPC-A-610/620, FAA/EASA regulations).

Conduct inspections of materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.

Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Perform root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) for nonconformities and deviations.

Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.

Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and audit findings.

Prepare and support internal and external audits by customers, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.

Coordinate and perform the calibration of all equipment and tools with industry compliance standard.

Ensure proper use and calibration of inspection tools, gauges, and CMM equipment.

Prepare quality documentation such as FAI (First Article Inspection) reports, PPAP, and control plans.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, zero defect plan, mistake proofing, proactive quality and other quality methodologies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s/Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).

5 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the aerospace or high-reliable mechanical industry.

exposure to metallic and hydraulic aerospace parts manufacturing or Assembly (machining, casting, forging, special processes, assembly).

Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 9001, EASA/FAA, NABL).

Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), engineering drawings, and specifications.

Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA methodologies.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP (SAP)and quality management systems (QMS) tools.

Certification in ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or similar is an advantage
