Quality Manager

Desired Skill and Experience:  Only require candidates from Foundry domain. Roles and Responsibilities  Carrying out risk assessment of Quality Control Process and ensure that risk control measures identified are implemented including identification and implementation of preventive or improvement actions.  Approval of PAP records (related to inspection and testing of samples and Pilot lot) before sending to customer for approval.  Verification of Control Plan related to castings (both in process and final inspections) (as a member of CFT)  Decisions on acceptance of products based on metallurgical analysis after knock out as well as heat treatment.  Identification of training needs of functions (or roles) reporting to him.  Authority to stop the production and shipment (of rough castings) if necessary . When there are deviations from quality requirements (till the deviations are eliminated).  Responsible for selection of special characteristics as required as part of APQP (with regard to rough castings and in consultation with HOD.  Define objectives are formulated for QA  Monitoring the progress towards business plans and objectives related to QA Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
