Role & responsibilities 1.Creating and implementing quality policies and procedures, 2.Monitoring product quality and identifying areas that need improvement 3.Co-ordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards, 4.Ensuring that all products meet customer specifications. 5.Responsible for overseeing the training and development of employees to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to produce high-quality products. 6.Manage and maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance and controls 7.Investigate customer complaints and issues to determine root cause and implement corrective actions 8.Conduct regular audits of production processes, products and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Preferred candidate profile *10 to 15 years work experience in quality management *Training on quality systems such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485, *Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology, and proficiency in statistical data analysis.
