Quality Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develops and executes a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives in Electronic Control Systems, HVAC&R, and Process Control Instrumentation.

2. Establishes and maintains quality standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations specific to each business segment.

3. Continuously evaluates and improves quality processes and methodologies in the context of each product line.

4. Implements and maintains an effective Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to monitor and control quality for Electronic Control Systems, HVAC&R, and Process Control Instrumentation.

5. Oversees internal audits and quality assessments in each segment to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.

6. Ensures all departments adhere to QMS processes and procedures related to their respective product lines.

7. Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on quality performance for each product line.

8. Analyses and reports on quality data for Electronic Control Systems, HVAC&R, and Process Control Instrumentation, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

9. Prepares and presents regular quality reports to the executive team, segmenting data by business area.

10. Collaborates with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure supplier quality and performance meet company standards in each business segment.

11. Evaluates and manages supplier quality agreements and performance metrics, addressing the specific requirements.

12. Conducts supplier audits and quality assessments for products within each segment as needed.

13. Leads continuous improvement initiatives tailored to enhance quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.

14. Implements lean and Six Sigma principles within each product line to drive process improvement and waste reduction.

15. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, accounting for the unique challenges and opportunities of each segment.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics), or a related field
2. A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of leadership in quality roles within the Electronic Control Systems, HVAC&R, and Process Control Instrumentation domains.
