Quality Manager

Role Overview: As a Quality Manager in our Group of companies, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes within the organization. Your main objective will be to ensure that all products, systems, and services meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This role will involve developing and implementing quality management systems, managing audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance across all departments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic quality plan aligned with company goals. - Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives across departments. - Establish and maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement. - Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with international standards. - Monitor and control the quality of incoming materials, in-process production, and final products. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and audits. - Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards. - Manage, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team, including engineers and inspectors. - Use data analysis tools to evaluate quality performance and generate reports for senior management. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and other tools. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field). - Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment. - In-depth knowledge of quality standards, industry regulations, and best practices. - Proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
