We're Hiring: Manager – Quality

Experience Required: 8–12 Years

Education: B.Sc., PGDM, PGD-PPT

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Location: Baddi, Distt - Solan, Himachal Pradesh

Familiar with Injection & Blow Moulding, ISBM, EBM processes.

Role:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Quality.

Ensure plant hygiene and compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 15378, BRC, SEDEX, and FSSC standards.Lead audits (external and customer), support new product development, mold/machine validation.Implement QMS, FSSC, and food safety management practices.

Key Responsibilities:Lead QA/QC operations: Incoming, In-Process, and Final Product Quality.Handle quality certification for raw materials and outgoing finished products.Conduct IPQC checks and manage lab equipment calibration.Prepare and maintain quality documentation: SOPs, COAs, Batch Records, and Customer Complaints (CAPA).Conduct testing using I.V. Tester, HDPE MFI, and other instruments.Prepare product specifications, standard shade cards, and quality reports (IntraVis, Moisture Reports).

Instrument Knowledge:Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, Colorimeter, Polariscope, Torque Tester, I.V. Tester, MFI Machine, Seal Tester, and more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year

Experience:

• BRCGS , Sedex: 6 years (Preferred)
• Quality management: 10 years (Preferred)
• Plastics EBM, IBM, IM and ISBM : 10 years (Preferred)
