Quality Manager

As a Quality Engineer in Bangalore, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Regular inspection & Testing of incoming construction materials (Cement, Concrete, Steel, Aggregates & other construction materials) - Preparation of method statements & checklists as per BOQ & ITP - Implementation & maintenance of quality management systems, Documentation (SOP) & Quality control of site construction works (RCC & Finishing) - Stage wise inspection of ongoing construction activities to conform as per QA/QC Norms and final inspection of the ready construction activities - Monitoring QC procedures for concrete mix, RMC operations, etc. and conducting internal / external testing / Lab operations - Closing Customer complaints & Non-Conformities of Quality Audits in a timely manner - Preparation of reports & quality records in compliance with procedures, control measuring & test equipments - Conducting internal audits for sites and system audits for other sites to ensure adherence to SOPs/method statements - Identifying non-conformities & root causes, reviewing corrections/rectifications, corrective actions & preventive actions initiated by the project execution team - Developing training plans based on upcoming and ongoing execution activities and coordinating with Quality Manager for implementation - Providing technical support and inputs to Regional functions such as Contracts, Procurement, Engineering Design, and other functions as required The minimum qualification required for this role is B.TECH/BE with 14-17 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.,
