OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
To conduct structured training programs for in CSD vertical on products, processes & systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-To conduct New hire training
-To conduct training on New products
-Publish Training reports / Dashboards
-Conduct need based Refresher Training
-Conduct Product Knowledge Test
-Analyse data for trends/ Understand process gaps and develop capabilities to reduce performance variations and suggest need based trainings
-Undertake calibrations to ensure there is minimum variations and all are at par in terms of product/ process knowledge.
-Driving OJT phase for New Joiners/Hand holding
-Stakeholder Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Qualification + Certifications (If any):
Graduates from any streamwith background in customer service /Sales driven process (with at least 2-3 years of experience)
Life Insurance industry only
Should have expertise in life insurance, Communication, and presentation Skills Fluent in English & Hindi
