The ideal candidate plays a critical role in ensuring that healthcare services meet established standards and regulatory requirements while striving for continuous improvement in patient care. Responsibilities Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, ISO). Develop, implement, and update quality policies, SOPs, and protocols. Serve as the point of contact for accreditation processes and liaison with accrediting agencies. Guide departments in preparing for accreditation/re-accreditation Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to patient outcomes, infection control, medication errors, etc. Generate regular quality performance reports for management and regulatory bodies. Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings Organize training for hospital staff on quality standards, infection control, safety, and patient care. Conduct awareness programs on quality culture and continuous improvement. Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare industry 2+ years' relevant work experience Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Show more Show less
