Roles and Responsibilities:
(1) Implementation and monitoring quality assurance systems in the food industry.
(2) To lead customer audits, regulatory inspections, and third-party audits such as BRCGS, ISO22000, EIA, SEDEX and Costco social audits.
(3) Expertise in handling customer complaints, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
(4) Skill in vendor audits,
(5) Handling daily online QC/QA issues
(6) Expertise to implement Food safety plan/ FSVP documentation / IFS documentation for customers.
(7) Capability to Update the customer Specifications/questionnaires as per the requirement.
(8) Well awareness about Country wise legal requirements / food safety requirements and capability to implement it.
(9) New label development as per the respective country norms
(10)Skill in new product development support,
(11) Well awareness about the trainings required in Food Industry and carrying out the trainings
(12) Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and various quality management systems.
(13) Capability to drive continuous improvement and ensure the high standards of food safety and quality.
(14) Active involvement in commissioning of new projects/production lines
(15) Well awareness about FO value and Retort Validation for RTE Products. Capable to handle the validation of Newly developed products in Retort Operation. Expertise in SID filing for export to USA.
(16) Expertise in Temparature distribution studies and heat Penetration studies of Retort pouches
(17) Capable to design and decide the sterilising temparatures for newly developed products OR can understand / guide about the shelf Life studies, Well understanding about the Product sterility and extended shelf life studies and experiments.
(18) Capable to implement the new techniques to improve the hygiene standards
(19) Well awareness about the Process machines with respect to the basic design to guide on food safety accordingly.
(20) Awareness of Country wise Label Regulations and Food safety legal requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
