Position: Senior Quality Manager

Educational Qualification: B.Tech./ M.Sc in any of the following areas: Food & Beverages

Experience: Min. 6-10 Years relevant.

Role Overview:

We are building the future of beverages in India, and quality is our foundation. We're seeking a practical, driven, and honest Quality Lead who can set up our factory’s end-to-end quality system and gradually build an in-house lab. This is a creator role—ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SOPs for RM, WIP, FG, cleaning, hygiene, and storage.
• Plan and execute a phased setup of an in-house quality testing lab.
• Identify essential lab equipment (e.g., Brix meter, pH meter, incubator) and build internal capability.
• Develop checklists for daily quality inspections and cleaning routines.
• Train and supervise a junior quality assistant.
• Maintain complete quality documentation aligned with FSSAI norms.
• Conduct internal audits for hygiene and quality.
• Collaborate with production to solve quality-related problems on the floor.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and basic HACCP adherence.
