Job Description

Oversee the quality assurance process for kids apparel and footwear, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues quickly and effectively.
Implement and monitor quality control processes from sampling to final product inspection.
Address customer feedback regarding product quality and take necessary corrective actions.
Work closely with sourcing, production, and design teams to maintain consistent quality in all product lines.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards specific to children's apparel and footwear.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams and vendors on quality expectations and best practices.
Develop and maintain SOPs for quality control across all product categories.
Should work on quality for both ( Private label as well as 3rd party label)
