Job Summary:

We're looking for a Quality Lead to manage our factory's various certifications. You will be the main point of contact for external auditors and will coordinate with internal teams to ensure we meet all standards and pass audits from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for external certification bodies and auditors.
• Coordinate with all internal departments for audit readiness.
• Maintain and update all documentation for Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other ISO standards for audits, certifications as per standards.
• Schedule and facilitate internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Education: ME / BE / Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a relevant area.
• Experience handling customer interactions and certification audits.
• Knowledge of TUV, IRIS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
