Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tendering Executive who has experience in online e-tendering, especially through platforms like GEM and IREPS. They should have a strong understanding of the tendering process and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate relevant government tenders on GEM, IREPS, and other platforms.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids in a timely and compliant manner.
• Analyze tender documents including technical specifications, drawings, and terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, commercial, accounts) for cost inputs and proposal documentation.
• Maintain a database of tenders, submissions,
• and outcomes.
• Track tender status and follow up as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-tendering processes.
• Familiarity with GEM and IREPS portals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
