As a Tendering and Bid Management Lead at Modulus Housings, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end tendering and bid management activities for public-sector modular infrastructure projects. Your strong analytical skills, coordination abilities, and expertise in proposal management will be key in shaping the company's tender strategy and enhancing win rates. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Tender Identification & Qualification** - Regularly scan GeM, eProcure, and state procurement portals to identify suitable tenders. - Analyze qualification criteria, pricing benchmarks, EMD/BG terms, and historical trends. - Utilize competitor intelligence and pricing thresholds to evaluate tender win potential. - **Tender Preparation & Submission** - Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents, commercial bids, and RFP responses. - Develop tender strategies aligned with client specifications and organizational goals. - Review and interpret tender documents, contracts, and scope of work requirements. - **Bid Management & Coordination** - Collaborate with internal departments (Technical, Finance, Procurement) to gather necessary inputs. - Create cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements for tender submissions. - Present tender proposals to management and clients, ensuring clarity on scope, assumptions, and deliverables. - **Pricing Strategy & Risk Control** - Devise pricing buffers, monitor margin sensitivities, and incorporate competitive pricing models. - **Market Research & Competitor Analysis** - Conduct market studies to identify new tendering opportunities. - Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to enhance tendering strategies. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Educational Background** - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Estimation, or related fields. - Postgraduate qualification is preferred. - **Experience** - 5-9 years of experience in tendering, costing, or contracts within prefab, PEB, or EPC sectors. - **Key Skills** - Advanced Excel proficiency for costing, templates, and bid sheet preparation. - Strong risk assessment, price modeling, and analytical capabilities. - Excellent process orientation, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
