We have job opportunities with EV Charger Manufacturing for the Quality Control Head position, Gurgaon/ Punchkula Location.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Quality Control Lead will oversee and manage quality control processes for company power electronics products, including EV Chargers, Grid Tie Solar Inverters, and Motor Controllers.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC):

Ensure the right materials are received and comply with quality standards.

Verify proper storage of electronic components to maintain quality.

2. Process Quality Control:

Oversee quality in PCB assembly processes for both SMD and Through-Hole Technologies.

Monitor and control quality in mechanical fabrication processes, including:

Sheet Metal Fabrication

CNC Machining

Painting, Welding, and Other Mechanical Processes

3. Quality Control for Testing:

Supervise the testing of PCBs, ensuring immediate and field-operation failures are minimized.

Oversee the testing of power electronics products as per their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with detailed documentation.

4. Final Quality Control:

Conduct random testing of samples before dispatch.

Maintain thorough documentation for all tested products.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in quality control in the power electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, testing, and mechanical fabrication processes.
• Software tools for quality control

Key Objectives

1. Improve PCB assembly performance by reducing rejection rates during testing.

2. Ensure defect-free mechanical manufacturing processes.

3. Achieve highly reliable power electronics product manufacturing through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
