Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and validating the quality of all aerospace and defense components produced at our facility. This includes conducting visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards.
• Compliance: Our industry is highly regulated, and as a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and products adhere to the relevant quality standards, such as AS9100 and ISO 9001. This involves conducting audits and maintaining detailed records to demonstrate compliance with industry regulations.
• Problem-solving: In the event of a quality issue or non-conformance, you will be tasked with identifying the root cause of the problem and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. This may involve working closely with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation: Accurate record-keeping is essential in the aerospace and defense industry, and as a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for maintaining thorough documentation of all inspection activities, test results, and quality-related processes.
• Collaboration: Quality Inspectors at Sansera Engineering work closely with production teams, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to ensure that quality standards are upheld at every stage of the manufacturing process. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in this role.
