Quality Inspector

1. Quality Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor and record in-process, inward rejection, rework, and defect data daily.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) reports to the QA Manager.
• Prepare casting rejection data monthly and report it to the Purchase team.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain QA-related documents for ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop and update in-process check sheets, final inspection reports, and control plans based on drawings.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer complaints and assist in analysis & corrective actions (CAPA).

3. Inspection & Quality Control

• Conduct inspections for inward, in-process, and final components to ensure quality standards.
• Perform final inspections for finished goods and document findings.
• Verify machining job cards in process and close them in inventory.
• Inspect new product development components and prepare final documents, including inspection reports, balloon drawings, and test certificates.
• Identify/design special gauges or instruments to improve inspection accuracy and simplify measurement processes.

4. Supplier & Third-Party Coordination

• Visit suppliers for inspections and investigate major quality issues, ensuring suppliers take necessary CAPA actions.
• Coordinate third-party material testing, including hardness tests, chemical composition analysis, and salt spray tests.
• Oversee third-party CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspections.

5. Equipment & Calibration

• Track and maintain all inspection instruments and gauges, ensuring timely calibration.
• Plan and coordinate final inspections with the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
