Quality Inspector

We are looking for a skilled Aluminum Extrusion Quality Inspector. The ideal candidate will have basic understanding of the quality inspection equipment and quality control procedures. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the maintaining product quality, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in Inspection report must for handling PC
• Set up, operate, and monitor quality in process and handlig quality equipment.
• To ensure product specifications and requirements are met to quality standards.
• Inspect and measure assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, including product defects and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate Quality records, including reports, CAPA, and troubleshooting history and activities.
• Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to improve quality of the product and increase process and parts efficiency.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills for recording production data and machine settings.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
