Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures for each product's functionality. Your role will involve conducting tests to verify that the software meets all agreed-upon specifications and standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and minimize manual efforts. Collaboration with the engineering team will be essential as you work together to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to address any issues or defects in a timely manner. Your problem-solving skills will be put to use as you present solutions for continuous project improvement. Furthermore, you will play a key role in developing specific testing processes for each product and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. In addition to your base salary, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses may be provided based on your contributions.
