Job Description

Quality Head in Real Estate

Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS):
Establish and maintain comprehensive QA/QC frameworks, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists.
Conduct Site Inspections and Audits:
Regularly evaluate construction sites to ensure adherence to quality standards, identifying and addressing non-conformities promptly.
Material and Process Evaluation:
Oversee the selection and testing of construction materials, ensuring they meet specified requirements and industry standards.
Team Leadership and Training:
Lead and mentor QA/QC teams, providing training on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing quality data, implementing corrective actions, and promoting innovative solutions.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement effective solutions.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Project Management:
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the project meet quality standards.
