Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the quality function and ensure compliance with ISO protocols and standards.
Lead the Quality Assurance team with a strong focus on delivering results, high energy, and drive.
Foster a collaborative team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
Develop and manage vendor development and vendor quality assurance programs.
Responsible for the release of finished products.
Develop, approve, and implement new analysis methods.
Drive continual improvement in quality systems, equipment, methods, and QA workflows.
Ensure adherence to health and safety rules in the laboratory.
Maintain regulatory compliance and manage related documentation and communications.
Supervise quality assurance activities of external warehouses.
Handle quality certifications, compliance audits, and training programs.

Candidate Profile

Strong background in packaging industry quality assurance.
Proven track record in implementing quality systems and leading teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
