Act as functional expert for Change Management process
Knowledge and execution of CAPA, NC and Investigations along with change control process
Resolve issues on SmartSolve for Change and Documentation Modules
Liaise with Master Data Team on resolving issues in SAP for ECO notifications
Maintain procedures for Document Control and Change Control processes
Review approvals and implement updates to support various business units
Complete hard copy requests and maintain distribution list on SmartSolve
Work with Quality Systems Manager to maintain and improve the Change Management process
Issue additional equipment numbers and maintain relevant systems with required data
Maintain files for Document Management and archive when necessary
Issue and collect documents to and from document control boards daily
Report on process performance through weekly and monthly site metrics
Provide cover in Quality Systems as required
Comply with all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
