Manage the Process/Continuous improvement within their unit to support Customer Satisfaction and Quality through in-process, final testing and dispatch documentation. Team leader for Third Party inspection, Type approval testing & New product development testing, and customer complaints.
• Manage routine testing, process improvement, and quality checks.
• Lead QA team and ensure ISO and SOP compliance.
• Handle SAP QM module and QA software systems.
• Conduct testing for new cable developments and customer inspections.
• Coordinate with customers for approvals, testing, and dispatches.
• Monitor FG stock, audits, calibration, and non-conforming materials.
• Support 5S, Business Continuity Plan, and documentation accuracy.
Diploma/B.E(Electronics & Telecommunication)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Min 15 Years (In optical fiber min 7 years of experience is required)
