Quality Head

As a quality management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product quality and compliance with international standards. Key responsibilities include: - Developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS in alignment with standards such as ISO 9001:2008. - Overseeing rigorous testing procedures, including chemical analysis, torque, and hardness tests using advanced equipment. - Establishing and monitoring quality standards for raw materials and components from suppliers. - Ensuring products meet international standards and obtaining necessary certifications. - Leading and mentoring the quality control team, providing training and guidance. - Implementing continuous improvement methodologies like TQM, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM. - Analyzing customer feedback and returns data to drive improvements. - Ensuring regulatory compliance with environmental and safety regulations. - Maintaining detailed records of quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in hand tools or automotive components. - Strong knowledge of international quality standards and certifications. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies such as TQM, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM.,
