We are seeking a Quality Manager for our Automotive client specializing in Process and Industrial Automation. This role is based in Noida and requires experience in the Automotive industry. As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing product quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing effective quality management systems within the organization. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining the Quality Management System, serving as a key person in the implementation of ISO 9001:2008, managing the responsibilities of Management Representative, conducting quality checks as per relevant ISO standards, documenting quality records and cylinder test history, liaising with agencies for ISO certification, driving process improvement projects, and addressing corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a management role. Experience in the automotive industry is essential. A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or mechanical fields is required. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of quality principles and tools, along with proficiency in ISO 9001 and TS 16949.
