Job Title - Supplier Quality Expert HNC

Your key responsibilities:

1. Supplier Audit Qualification

   - Plan and execute supplier audits (ISO 9001, ICH Q7, FSSC 22000, 21 CFR, EU regulations), conduct on-site assessments, document findings, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions while supporting supplier qualification and re-evaluation.

2. Risk, Data Quality Management

   - Maintain accurate audit records, analyze quality data to identify risks and trends, conduct supplier/raw material risk assessments, and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

   - Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Product Management, Site Quality, and the HNC Supplier Quality team to align on quality objectives and resolve supplier issues effectively.

4. Supplier Performance Continuous Improvement

   - Drive performance improvements through root cause analysis, CAPA management, for-cause audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives in supplier quality processes.

5. Capability Building

   - Train, mentor, and calibrate junior or part-time auditors, support peer reviews, and enhance organizational audit capability and quality culture.

6. Food Safety Compliance Excellence

   - Review and classify raw materials from a food safety and quality standpoint, stay updated on global safety risks, and implement proactive compliance measures in line with company values and sustainability goals.

You Bring

1. Educational Industry Background

   - Bachelor s degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience in supplier quality auditing, QA, or quality management within food, pharma, or allied industries.

2. Technical Regulatory Expertise

   - Strong understanding of QMS, GMP, and regulatory frameworks such as ICH Q7, FSSC 22000, ISO 17025, with hands-on experience in chemical/biological manufacturing and QA/QC lab environments.

3. Risk Data Competency

   - Proficient in risk assessment methodologies, data analysis tools, and data-driven decision-making (MS Office, SAP, LIMS).

4. Industry Exposure

   - Experience across Food Beverage, Dietary Supplements, Early Life Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Nutrition sectors.

5. Certifications Preferences

   - Lead Auditor certification (ASQ or equivalent), LEAN belt certification, and familiarity with Halal, Kosher, and other market-specific standards.

6. Behavioral Travel Requirements

   - Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent planning and organization, conflict resolution capability, and willingness to travel as needed.
