Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Expert to join our team at DSM Shared Services India (P) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that promote quality awareness and best practices.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a robust and resilient quality framework.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO standards and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving quality goals.
