The QC Executive is responsible for conducting routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products in a polymer manufacturing unit.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Operate lab equipment to test MFI, tensile strength, and other parameters.
Maintain accurate quality records and prepare QC reports.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow ISO, GMP, and internal quality procedures.
Calibrate and maintain testing instruments regularly.
Report any quality issues to supervisors or production heads.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate with the production team on quality-related matters.
Label and manage approved, rejected, and control samples.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
