Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all civil works meet approved drawings and quality standards. Verify materials and workmanship as per project specifications. Coordinate with the project and site teams to rectify deviations and maintain quality consistency. Prepare quality reports and documentation for audits and approvals. Monitor finishing, waterproofing, and structural works for adherence to quality norms. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering. 3–6 years of experience in residential or villa projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and finishing works. Excellent attention to detail and on-site coordination skills.
